Daphne — This naiad of Greek legend fled across a craggy Grecian landscape, redolent of sea-towering cliffs and ambrosial citrus, to escape the love of Apollo, preferring to be transformed into the aromatic laurel tree rather than succumbing to an unwanted love. Daphne captures in one delectable bite the tastes and temptations of that flight, combining the mysterious floral essence of a Grecian countryside with the complex flavors of marzipan, ginger, and pistachio, drenched in the romantic lure of deeply dark chocolate and capped with a fragrant peel of citrus bathed in the bittersweet regret of Cointreau®.

Acis.
